1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Shri Ram Road Carriers (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all transport and logistics services provided by us.

2. Services Provided

We provide road transport services including Full Truckload (FTL), Part Truckload (LTL), open body transport, and logistics via Eicher/Kenter vehicles. Our primary routes include Delhi–Moradabad, Delhi–Jagadhri, and All India transport.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon written or verbal acceptance by our authorized representatives. We reserve the right to refuse any consignment at our discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Freight Charges & Payment

Freight charges are as agreed at the time of booking. All charges are subject to GST as per applicable Indian tax laws. Payment must be made as per agreed terms. Delayed payments may attract interest and/or service suspension.

5. Liability & Claims

Our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is limited to the declared value of the consignment. Claims must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, or road closures.

6. Prohibited Goods

The Company reserves the right to refuse transport of hazardous, illegal, or prohibited goods as per applicable laws of India. Clients must declare the accurate nature of their consignment at the time of booking.

7. Insurance

Transit insurance is the responsibility of the client unless specifically arranged through us at an additional cost. We strongly recommend clients insure all valuable consignments.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
